Not all roles are filled. Not all roles should be.
Globalist University operates as a loosely coordinated system of perspectives, patterns, and lived experience.
The following individuals represent recurring roles observed in modern life, work, and decision-making.
Some may feel familiar.
Director of Overthinking
Responsible for evaluating every possible path without committing to any of them. Previously advised thousands of individuals to "wait until it feels right."
Head of Untapped Potential
Maintains a large archive of ideas, plans, and directions that were never tested. Strong belief in "starting soon."
Chief of Alternative Paths
Focuses exclusively on information gathered through action. Disregards hypotheticals, opinions, and untested assumptions.
Curator of Clarity
Works with individuals who feel busy but not moving. Known for identifying misalignment between effort and outcome.
Engineer of Momentum
Specializes in helping individuals restart without pretending the first attempt didn't happen. Encourages iteration over identity.
Director of Doing the Thing
Responsibilities include: taking action without full certainty, committing to a direction, following through. Few qualified applicants to date.
Most individuals move through several of these roles over time.
The objective is not to avoid them entirely, but to recognize when it's time to move forward.
